Since both fresh peaches and cream are both kind of expensive, I chose to make my "famous" upside-down peachy pudding pie cups. Basically it is vanilla instant pudding with chopped up peaches mixed in and some graham cracker crumbs on top. Easy and tasty!
There were only 8 leftover cups so I gave seconds to the kids on KP (kitchen posse) and to some of the senior staff. It's nice to have so many people willing to finish things off for me.
Today is the First Day of Summer!
Not really a food thing, but worth celebrating anyway. And what better way to celebrate than with ice pops. There were lots of brightly colored tongues after eating these. FUN!
